the assets of Senior Care Assisted Living, LLC have been acquired by Harmony Living Centers, LLC MERTZ ASSOCIATES acted as advisor to Senior Care Assisted Living in preparing offering materials, designing a marketing program, contacting potential purchasers, evaluating proposals and participating in negotiations.

• SENIOR CARE ASSISTED LIVING, LLC, Madison, Wisconsin, established and operates 10 assisted living facilities throughout Wisconsin under the “Harmony” trade name. Senior Care facilities are uniquely designed and managed, offering a home-like atmosphere for their residents while also providing a high level of care and professionalism. Senior Care has over 300 licensed beds.
   
• HARMONY LIVING CENTERS, LLC,  Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, is a privately held senior housing concern formed to own and operate independent and assisted living properties nationwide.
